West Indies women's skipper Hayley Matthews delivered a captain's performance with the ball as West Indies bowled out Scotland women for 244 runs in match 2 of the Women's World Cup Qualifier in Lahore.

Hayley Matthews Took Four Wickets With The Ball
The innings were then taken forward by Sarah Bryce (55 runs off 56 balls). Skipper Kathryn Bryce (6 runs off nine balls) got out cheaply. Then contributions from Megan McColl (45 runs off 44 balls), Katherine Fraser (25* runs off 27 balls), and Ailsa Lister (19 runs off 22 balls) took Scotland to the score of 244.
It was a combined bowling effort from the Windies women's team led by their skipper, Hayley Matthews. She took four wickets for 56 runs. Bowling all-rounder Aaliyah Alleyne took two wickets for 31 runs in her spell of 10 overs. Off-spinner Karishma Ramharack took two wickets for 46 runs in her 10 overs. She and left-arm spinner Zaida James bowled a maiden each as Scotland was bowled out in 45 overs. Chinelle Henry was electric on the field as she effected two run-outs.
Scotland will need to come up with a big effort with the ball to defend the total. The West Indies have enough depth in their batting order to chase down the score. Spinners will need to play a major role in the middle overs to prevent the Windies from chasing down the total.
