Indian all-rounder Washington Sundar said that the Indian team is decently placed in the chase despite losing four wickets in the final session on day four.
India are chasing 193 runs to win the third Test at Lord's. The Men in Blue need another 135 runs on day five with six wickets remaining. They finished day four on 54 runs for the loss of four wickets.
The England bowlers were at the Indian batters consistently in the final session. Bryon Carse picked up the wickets of Karun Nair (14 runs off 33 balls) and skipper Shubman Gill (6 runs off 9 balls) to send some panic in the Indian dressing room. Ben Stokes then dismissed Akash Deep (1 run off 11 balls) in the final over of the day to give England an advantage moving onto day five.

Winning AT Lord's Will Be Amazing - Washington Sundar
However, Washington Sundar in the press conference after the fourth day's play said that they have batters to chase the score down on day five and as a team, they are looking to be positive. KL Rahul was unbeaten on 33 runs off 47 balls and holds the key for India on day 5.
"We want so many things the way we expect it to be, but yes, we'll take it any day. We'll really come out positive tomorrow. We've got some solid batsmen in the dressing room. It's exciting in every way, you know, winning a Test at Lord's is going to be amazing. So, I think we're sitting pretty," Sundar said during the post-day press conference.Â
Washington Sundar took four wickets for 22 runs on day four as England were bowled out for 193 runs on the fourth day. Sundar took the wickets of Joe Root, Ben Stokes, Jamie Smith and Shoaib Bashir.
"There are different roles thrown at me in different passages of play. I would say that's where Test cricket gets a lot more exciting because you've got to be a slightly different cricketer, at least with your mindset on day five compared to day one," added Sundar.
India Have Won Only 3 Tests At Lord's
The Indian all-rounder spoke about the significance of India winning the Lord's Test. Â India have played 19 Tests at Lord's, winning only 3, drawing 4, and losing 12 matches.
"A win as a team at Lord's would be very, very special for us. It would be amazing. I'm sure for you lot as well. It's going to be exciting tomorrow. I mean, especially the last 15-20 minutes was quite interesting today," concluded Sundar.
